LP Homes Inc. was built on a simple idea: the people in our community deserve a contractor they can trust. Over 30 years ago, our founder started this company not just to build homes, but to give back to the neighborhoods that shaped him. That purpose still drives every project we take on today.
We are a full-service home improvement company based in Harford County, and we serve homeowners and property managers across Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and Southern Cecil County. From the first call to the final walkthrough, you work with a team that treats your home with the same care we would give our own.
Decks and sunrooms are at the heart of what we do. We design and build outdoor living spaces that extend your home and change how you use it day to day. Whether you want a simple pressure-treated deck or a fully enclosed sunroom with custom finishes, we bring the same level of craft to every build.
