Work started within a few weeks of contract signing. The crew worked steadily and and finished promptly. LP Homes supplied good quality materials and their craftsmanship was excellent. LP Homes built our beautiful custom home in 6 months! It was a truly collaborative process, and we made every choice that would impact the budget/cost in any way. Johnny took care of the planning, permitting and purchasing, but kept us involved every step of the way. Skip, Brian and their subcontractors are amazing craftsmen - there are so many personal touches that make our home unique. It is clear that LP Homes takes pride in their work and values building EXACTLY what the customer wants. They were transparent, honest, collaborative and absolutely fair in their pricing/profit margins.

Johnny and his team at LP Homes did an outstanding job on refurbishing and reinforcing our large deck. Expertly designed plan, highly skilled carpentry in a complex project, and great attention to detail. The work was just completed and the result is a beautiful deck the length of our house ! Johnny was a pleasure to work with—very professional and responsive. Highly recommend LP Homes!

LP Homes did 3 major renovations to my home. A complete removal of my second floor and a remodel, a major remodel of a first floor room addition bathroom, and stand alone garage remodel. The costs of the remodels were very good and the jobs were professionally done. I would use them again with other remodels. I forget they also did a screened in porch for us.

Recently had a Sunroom & Deck added onto my home from LP Homes. From start to finish, the team was fantastic and easy to work with. Johnny and his crew were extremely hard working and very responsive to any requests or questions. We will definitely continue to use them for future projects and cannot recommend them enough.
