Replaced the tired 40 year old open deck with a new deck including a screened in room. Johnny had good design recommendations that I am glad I followed. Work started within a few weeks of contract signing. The crew worked steadily and and finished promptly. LP Homes supplied good quality materials and their craftsmanship was excellent. Contracted for full replacement of upper and lower decks. Johnny (one of the owning partners) was directly involved from beginning to completion of the project.
