Replaced the tired 40 year old open deck with a new deck including a screened in room. Johnny had good design recommendations that I am glad I followed. Johnny and his team at LP Homes did an outstanding job on refurbishing and reinforcing our large deck. LP Homes did 3 major renovations to my home. A complete removal of my second floor and a remodel, a major remodel of a first floor room addition bathroom, and stand alone garage remodel. The costs of the remodels were very good and the jobs were professionally done. I would use them again with other remodels. I forget they also did a screened in porch for us.

Recently had a Sunroom & Deck added onto my home from LP Homes. From start to finish, the team was fantastic and easy to work with. Johnny and his crew were extremely hard working and very responsive to any requests or questions. We will definitely continue to use them for future projects and cannot recommend them enough.
